Business Hours
In observance of the holiday season, SDi will be closed from Thursday, December 25th through Thursday, January 1st. We will resume normal business operations on Friday, January 2nd at 8:00 AM EST.
Shipping
Please note that carrier availability may be reduced during the holiday period. To help ensure delivery prior to Christmas, we kindly recommend placing orders by Thursday, December 18th. Orders submitted after this date may experience delays and may not ship before Christmas
Urgent Orders
Placing your order ahead of the recommended deadline provides the best opportunity for timely shipment. If you have an urgent requirement or need expedited shipping, please reach out to your SDi Business Development Manager—our team will do everything possible to accommodate your needs during this busy season.
