On May 2-4, SDi participated at the Automatic Fire Alarm Association’s (AFAA) 2022 Annual Fire Expo (AFX). The Annual Fire Expo was AFAA’s first-in-person event since May of 2019! The conference took place at the beautiful Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa located in Palm Coast, Florida. The resort offered a scenic view of the beach, palm trees, private golf courses, restaurants, and various hotel amenities. Not only did the conference showcase the latest in products and technology, but it was a great opportunity for industry experts to network and take part in discussions and presentations. SDi was proud to be recognized as an “Individual Sponsor” at AFX and would like to thank the AFAA for the opportunity to sponsor the Glow in the Dark Putting Event that took place on May 3^rd. The putting event was a fun way for exhibitors and attendees to network outside of the exhibit floor. Back at our exhibit table, SDi featured our line of electronic detector testing products which includes the Solo 365, an electronic smoke detector tester and the Testifire Multicriteria Detector Tester. The Testifire is available in two models – the TF1001 which tests smoke and heat and the TF2001 which tests smoke, heat and CO.

Overall, the 2022 AFX was a great, well-rounded program with great attendance. SDi is looking forward to AFAA’s 2023 Annual Fire Expo!
