Last month, the SDi team was delighted to participate in multiple customer appreciation events, in addition to once again attending the Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm Association’s Annual Convention. Each event was well attended and allowed us to connect with both new and familiar faces.

Our busy month kicked off on October 5th as Mariana Ferguson, Northwest Business Development Manager attended Arlenco’s Customer Appreciation Event. This event was held in Arlenco’s Salt Lake City, Utah branch. SDi was thrilled to showcase our new connected solution – Testifire XTR2.

On October 19th, Ed Fuentes, SDi’s Southwest Business Development Manager attended a Customer Appreciation event hosted by Alarmax in Riverside, California. The spooky, Halloween-themed event offered training, raffles, giveaways, vendor tables, and Halloween treats. The event was busy with customers and vendors who got into the Halloween spirit by dressing up in their Halloween costumes. Not only was this a fun event but it also provided another opportunity to showcase Testifire XTR2. 

On October 27th, Nicole Valenzuela, SDi’s Western Regional Sales Coordinator attended Saf-Com’s Customer Appreciation Event in San Dimas, California. The event included training on code and safety and a vendor fair. The event allowed for great networking opportunities with approximately 100 customers in attendance. The Solo 365, Testifire, and Cell Checker were available for product demos during this event.

In addition to the customer appreciation events, SDi also attended the Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm Association’s Annual Convention. This year the event was held on October 4-6th in San Marcos, Texas. Southern Business Development Manager, Tyler Phillips, showcased the Solo 365, Testifire, Testifire XTR2, and Cell Checker. The TBFAA Annual Convention was a busy couple of days with various training courses held on Thursday and Friday and vendor booths set up on Thursday evening.

SDi would like to thank Arlenco, Alarmax, and Saf-Com for hosting terrific Customer Appreciation Events and inviting SDi to participate. It was also great to be back at the Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm’s Annual Convention and we look forward to returning next year!
