A Covid-19 Update from SDi President Rick Heffernan

Neptune, NJ – During these unprecedented times, we at SDi would like to assure you, our customers, that our primary focus remains on the health and well-being of our customers and employees. In alignment with state and federal guidelines, SDi has instituted a modified office schedule for non-essential personnel. Our warehouse, however, remains fully stocked and open for business. Please note that, depending on local and regional impacts from Covid-19, shipments may be subject to slight delays.

Our service department is also open and accepting shipments of tools and equipment in need of maintenance, service, and recalibration. In an effort to promote social distancing, we respectfully ask customers to refrain from visiting our offices. If you have a product in need of service, please ship it to our offices in New Jersey. Our products will continue to be available through our website and through our Regional Sales Managers, who will be working remotely. Rest assured, however, that SDi has the technological capacity that allows our team to work seamlessly together from remote locations. Although we will continue to be available to you as usual via phone and email, please note, there will be no on-site meetings at this time.
