Holiday Delivery Dates
SDi would like to wish all our customers, partners and suppliers a happy holiday season and a prosperous and healthy New Year. With the holidays approaching, please be aware of the important dates listed below in regards to shipping and business hours during the holidays. To place an order, or if you have any questions about our products, please contact your SDi Business Development Manager.
Shipping
Please be advised that shipping may be curtailed by our carriers. In order to have your order shipped before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by Tuesday, December 20th. Orders received after this date may not be shipped before Christmas.
To have your order shipped before the new year, we recommend placing your order by Wednesday, December 28th. Orders received after this date may not be shipped until January 3rd in the order in which they are received.
Urgent Orders
Placing your order before the dates listed above will allow us the best opportunity to ship your order before the holidays. If you have a particular time sensitive requirement, we will do everything that we can to assist you. If you require expedited shipping, please contact your SDi Business Development Manager.
Business Hours
SDi will close for the holidays on Friday, December 23rd at 2:30pm EST. Our office will re-open on Wednesday, December 28th at 8:00am EST.
SDi will close on Friday, December 30th at 2:30pm EST and re-open at 8:00am on Tuesday, January 3rd.
