Rick Heffernan, SDi President, was recently elected to the position of 2^nd Vice Chair for Section BS SB (Fire, Life Safety, Security & Emergency Communication) of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). The National Electrical Manufacturers Association was founded in 1926 and is the largest trade association of electrical equipment manufacturers in the United States, advocating for the industry and publishing standards.  Section BS SB is comprised of manufacturers of Fire, Life Safety, Security and Emergency Communication Devices.
