This was a special year for our holiday party as Sarah Redondo and Pat Ryan were celebrating their 10 year milestone with the company. Sarah came onboard with SDi back in 2012 were she started out by providing customer service. Over the years, she has worn many hats which include roles such as Trade Show Logistics Coordinator, Inside Sales Specialist as well as Distribution and National Accounts Manager. Sarah also supervises our Latin America sales team. This year Sarah has taken on a new role as Operations Manager. Not long after Sarah had joined the team, Pat joined SDi as a Service Technician where he worked in our Service Department to service, maintain and provide support for all of our products . In 2015, he had transitioned to our sales team and is currently the Northeast Business Development Manager. SDi is so thankful to have both Sarah and Pat as part of the team over the years and honored to celebrate this 10 year milestone with them.
