Congratulations to Pat Ryan on His New Role as National Accounts Manager
SDi is honored to congratulate Pat Ryan on his appointment as National Accounts Manager. In this role, Pat will work closely with our national distributor partners and collaborate with manufacturers across the United States and Canada.
Pat’s tenure at SDi began in 2012, starting off in the Service & Technical Support office. During this time, he gained valuable insights into our products and played a key role in providing our customers with an unmatched level of customer service.
In 2015, Pat transitioned to SDi’s Sales Team where he took on the role of Northeast Business Development Manager, working closely with customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia in the United States. Pat’s territory also expanded into the Eastern region of Canada, covering Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Over the years, Pat has established strong relationships with various contacts in the fire industry by engaging in customer visits, attending trade shows, participating in webinars, and joining industry events. In addition to his role with SDi, Pat is an active member of the Automatic Fire Alarm of New Jersey (AFAA) Board of Directors. Recently, he was re-elected as the AFAANJ’s Membership Chair, where he will continue to serve another three-year term.
